NETWORK VALIDATED RULES
Identifier Code must be a registered BIC.
Field :95P::SSIR SSI Recipient may be present a maximum of 100 times.
USAGE RULES
If a BIC is duplicated the MT 671 will only be generated for one instance of the repeated BIC.
The BIC must be a SWIFT-connected BIC.
