This qualified generic field specifies:

ISSU

Issue Price

Initial issue/valuation price of a resulting security under a corporate action.

In option A, Percentage Type Code must contain one of the following codes:

DISC	Discount	Price expressed as the number of percentage points below par, for example, a discount price of 2.0% equals a price of 98 when par is 100.
PRCT	Percentage	Price expressed as a percentage of par.
PREM	Premium	Price expressed as the number of percentage points above par, for example, a premium price of 2.0% equals a price of 102 when par is 100.
YIEL	Yield	Price expressed as a yield.

In option B, Amount Type Code must contain one of the following codes:

ACTU	Actual Amount	Price expressed as an amount of currency per unit or per share.
DISC	Discount	Price expressed as a discount amount.
PLOT	Lot	Price expressed as an amount of money per lot.
PREM	Premium	Price expressed as a premium.

In option E, Price Code must contain the following code:

UKWN

Unknown Price

Price is unknown by the sender or has not been established.

The integer part of Price must contain at least one digit. A decimal comma is mandatory and is included in the maximum length.

Currency Code must be a valid ISO 4217 currency code.

If Price is zero, Sign must not be present.

The number of decimal digits in Price is not validated against the currency specified.

Sign must be present when Price is negative.

Sign may only be present if Percentage Type Code is YIEL.
