In option D, Quantity Type Code must contain the following code:

NETWORK VALIDATED RULES
The integer part of Quantity must contain at least one digit. A decimal comma is mandatory and is included in the maximum length.
USAGE RULES
Format option D may only be used for digital assets.
When quantity type code is UNIT or DITU, qualifier SETT must not be repeated.
