DEFINITION
Provides the page number of the message (within a statement) and a continuation indicator to indicate the statement is to continue or that the message is the last page of the statement.
CODES
Continuation Indicator must contain one of the following codes:

Last page of a statement with more than one page. |
MORE |
Intermediate Page |
Intermediate page of a statement which contains additional pages. |
ONLY |
Only Page |
Only page of the statement. |
