DEFINITION
This field identifies the receiver or deliverer of securities.
NETWORK VALIDATED RULES
Identifier Code must be a registered BIC.
USAGE RULES
This field identifies the receiver of securities, that is, where the Sender wishes to receive the securities, when this message is a request to borrow, that is, field 23 contains BORROW, or a notice of recall, that is, field 23 contains RECALL.
This field identifies the deliverer of securities, that is, from where the securities are to be delivered, when the message is a return notification, that is, field 23 contains RETURN.
This field must be present if field 23 contains the Function BORROW and Code is absent, and a direct account relationship between the Sender and the Receiver does not exist or exists but is not to be used.
